A human centered future city, the destination most housing brands would make the hero.

PadSplit

Housing that helps you get somewhere.

A brand and advertising system about the years before the arrival everyone else photographs.

01The customer truth

Most people do not look successful while they are becoming successful.

Living small can be a deliberate act of delayed gratification. The customer is working, studying, saving and building future options. Their current room is not the end of the story. It is where the next part begins.

02Messaging architecture

Three levels. One direction.

For those of us who still believe in “Not Yet.”

03The visual system

Familiar formats, divided into spatial fields.

The ads borrow the language of a shared residential plan. A room is a private module. The open field beyond it is possibility. Openings and circulation carry the customer forward. The work reads as architecture without becoming a literal floor plan, and it never depicts people as boxed in or reduced to rentable units.

  • Outer boundaryThe PadSplit system that holds everything together.
  • Private modulesPresent circumstances, specific and real.
  • Open fieldsThe possibility the room is protecting.
  • OpeningsAccess and the freedom to move.
  • CirculationProgress, drawn as a path forward.
  • HierarchyDominant and supporting modules set the emphasis.

Not Yet.

Selected platform

Every execution names an unfinished goal, then shows the work already going into it. “Not Yet” refuses both pity and pretence, and it leaves the customer holding the agency: PadSplit is the arrangement that made the arithmetic work, never the rescuer.

The customer experience

Redesigned Homepage

Responsive website

The same modular room system, carried from a single placement into a whole page. The homepage is organised around the resident’s next chapter rather than the property, and it runs as a working responsive website inside this portfolio.

The redesigned PadSplit homepage: a navy navigation bar, a photograph of a woman reading a floor plan on her bed, and the headline “The house? Not yet. The plan? Already in motion.” over a cream ground with blueprint linework.

The idea, in one line

The room is not the customer’s identity or the end of the story. It is infrastructure for what comes next.
