AI Workflows and Branding
Direction is the multiplier.
I use AI to make a clear brand position travel farther without losing what makes the brand distinct.
Five brand worlds. Film, campaigns, interfaces and content systems. One governed method.

The method
A direction the system can carry
AI does not make the work coherent. Direction does.
- 01
Read the brand
Start with what the brand already does well, where it hedges, and what its customer is really buying.
- 02
Name the center
Write the one movement the work has to make legible, as a single sentence the whole team can repeat.
- 03
Build the rules
Turn that sentence into color, type, icon, motif and interface rules the tools can follow without asking.
- 04
Direct the work
Brief, generate, select, rewrite and cut until every piece argues for the center, then throw away the rest.
- 05
Govern the output
Reject what the system did not sanction, record what shipped and why, and keep the library current.
01 of 05One shared now.
Onebrief
From another operational dashboard to one shared now across the force.
When the situation changes, the mission cannot wait.
Onebrief connects planning, AI and simulation so a command can act on one shared picture. The brand film follows a single change from air to sea to ground, and the campaign, two working homepages and the lifecycle emails repeat that movement in still, working and written form.
The brand idea
Light, not paint.
Every staff works from one current picture. The board, the map and the brief read the same Cards, so a change made once arrives everywhere, and the decision stays with the commander.
The app experienceThe shared board
From colour as decoration to light as meaning: what needs you is brightest, and it is named in words.
01 Primary actionOne clear next action, lit by the one hue. 24 Select menuChoose one known value. 16 Step progressShow completed, current and upcoming steps, in words.

02 of 05Your standards. Nobody else’s.
Black Forest
From supplement skepticism to product stories confident enough to be funny.
Breakfast does not need a software update.
Black Forest sells supplements to men who distrust the category. The brand keeps its nerve, hands the customer the last word and lets the product carry the joke. Three commercials, five product campaigns, a color system with a job for every hue and a voice that respects an adult’s judgment.
The brand idea
Your cup. Your call.
The customer is an adult who reads labels and makes his own call. Every screen gives him the information and the last word, then gets out of the way.
The app experienceThe routine builder
From selling another product to helping a customer own a useful routine.
01 Primary actionMake one next action clear. 32 Quantity stepperAdjust a quantity one step at a time. 42 Content cardPresent one useful item with enough context to act.

03 of 05Ordinary takes a lot.
Coram AI
From administrative complexity to more room for human leadership.
An ordinary morning at a school, kept ordinary.
Coram connects video, entry events and response tools for the people everyone counts on. The work keeps the technology in the background and the person in charge in front: films about ordinary days kept safe, a campaign, a brand system and sales materials that follow the buyer’s next steps.
The brand idea
Ordinary takes a lot.
The product gives responsible people room to lead. The system shows them what needs attention and the next step; the person decides.
The app experienceThe event review
From more things to watch to a clearer next judgment.
30 Date pickerChoose a date from a real calendar. 46 Status badgeName a state in words and shape. 44 Sortable tableCompare records and sort a meaningful column.

04 of 05Be the calm they carry.
Protective Life
From preparing people for catastrophe to protecting the ordinary life already worth keeping.
You cannot take every step for them.
Life insurance usually sells the worst day. This campaign sells the ordinary ones: a recital, a first apartment, a drive to college. Five films, five headline tests and a violet, plum and warm-paper system built around the calm a family can carry forward.
The brand idea
Be the calm they carry.
The parent is the calm the child carries. The path names what matters, gathers the questions and leads to an adviser, without selling the worst day.
The app experienceThe planning path
From a consequential category to one manageable, reversible next step.
27 Radio groupChoose one option in a related set. 16 Step progressShow completed, current and upcoming steps. 42 Content cardPresent one useful item with enough context to act.

05 of 05Every era calls its own greatest generation.
Frontline21
From accountability after failure to formation before compromise.
They did not know what history would call them.
Frontline21 is an independent formation brand for men, built on five disciplines. The system runs from a manifesto film through a website, a Field Manual and a daily practice app: Quantico declares, Poppins explains, and one red line marks the commitment kept.
The brand idea
Formation before failure.
Formation before compromise. One reading, one practice, one kept line; a missed day is information, with a constructive way back.
The app experienceThe Daily Stand
From consuming a message to keeping a practice.
28 Toggle switchTurn one preference on or off. 39 Progress barShow progress with a label and amount. 43 AccordionReveal optional detail.

The line
The tools generate.
Direction makes it belong.
Also in the reel, as supporting proof: PadSplit and Brand System Studio.
Notes, sources and credits
Five brand worlds, one method. Strategy, writing, creative direction, art direction, selection, editing and system design by Jason Walker, 2025 to 2026. AI tools expanded the production capacity for film, still, interface and copy; every piece was briefed, selected, rewritten or cut by hand.
The reel. 75 seconds, cut from the approved Black Forest and Onebrief masters and from the governed Coram AI, Protective Life and Frontline21 films. No footage repeats inside it. Each excerpt carries its own sound, loudness-matched; the title cards and boards are silent. The silent hero loops (16:9 and 9:16) and the homepage plates are separate cuts of the same footage.
The interface libraries. The R4 brand-native package of 29 September 2026: five interface concepts, each with a desktop and a phone composition in two paired modes, fifty layered controls per brand in both modes and six states, outlined and import-ready copies, thirty-two icons, five shape primitives, an email, a headline pair, an app entry, the brand-system boards, the fonts at their real weights, and tokens. Each brand’s public site was read for its current foundation; the concepts are authored extensions with sample data, and none is a client’s product. Coram’s type is Public Sans standing in for TT Commons Classic; Protective’s is Open Sans, the site’s published fallback, in place of the licensed FS Albert. Onebrief’s library moved to R5 on 1 October 2026: Archivo across its widths and a ladder of light in place of a second accent.
What is not claimed. No paid client work, launch, adoption, measured lift, released app, paying customer, production assistant or completed test is implied anywhere on this page. Headline pairs are proposed tests until one is run. The libraries’ working controls demonstrate behaviour on this page only; no service is connected.
Type
The page is set in Radikal, the portfolio’s face. Each library sets its specimens in the brand’s bundled faces under the SIL Open Font License; the licences sit beside the files.
