Illustrative workflow

A drill, in four stages.

How a school’s designated team moves from a notice to a record, and where the decisions stay with people. The recommended demonstration is a drill so the explanation covers review and coordination without simulating a live emergency.

Notice, camera context, designated-team communication, review record. Each stage names what the person decides and what is automated.

Boundaries

What this shows, and what it does not.

It shows the shape of a coordinated drill: a notice reaching designated staff, relevant camera views collected in the plan’s order, short messages from named roles, and a record with a debrief the team writes in its own words.

It does not operate cameras, notify responders, contact emergency services, or claim an outcome. There is no all-clear, no prevention claim and no score. The interface is a proposed composition drawn for this study; Coram’s product defines the real trigger, permission, notification and record behaviour.

Capability language follows Coram’s public Emergency Management page as reviewed on 19 September 2026: alerting teams, coordinating response, practising drills and supporting reunification workflows. Camera context needs Video Security, which uses Coram Point and camera licensing; Emergency Management can operate separately or connect with it.
